Support the Lead Pastor in the accomplishment of the church’s vision and mission, as well as leadership of staff teams.
Work alongside the following ministries and ministry leaders in the implementation of strategies and initiatives that meet the overall mission of the church: Next Gen; Missions, Worship, Young Adults, College, Adult Discipleship, Care, and Assimilation.
Primary liaison between Tates Creek campus and LCA Elementary.
Staff contact and liaison with the Deacon Ministry.
Provide guidance and support for the management and logistics of facility needs and requests.
