CAMP IMMANUEL

It’s time for us to PARTY! Camp Immanuel will be the most incredible four nights of your child's summer! It's a high-energy, intentional, gospel-centered camp for kids four years old through 5th grade. We'll gather together at the Tates Creek Campus on June 10th-13th, from 6-8pm.

Immanuel Kids

Our desire in iKIDS is to help your children encounter the Bible and continue to investigate who Jesus is for their life. We challenge them to expand their faith, connect with friends, and have fun. As you use these resources, we hope to walk with you on your journey to disciple your kids in the ways of Jesus and lead them to take their next step with HIM!

Our staff and volunteers work hard to make your child's visit safe and meaningful. If you plan on visiting iKIDS for the first time this Sunday, we recommend enrolling before you come to make the process smoother. When you arrive, please come to the Children’s Welcome Desk, located on the main floor at the south end of the building at Door #13. Our check-in process, background-checked leaders, and security team help to make our iKIDS environments safe and secure so that parents can enjoy our Sunday services. We look forward to meeting you this Sunday!

For Your First Visit

It is our desire to create an engaging, irresistible environment for your preschooler. Below are the policies and procedures we have put into place to ensure your child's safety and care.

Drop Off and Pick Up

All parents are required to check their children in at the iKids Welcome Desk located outside the Summit Doors. First time visitors will receive our two-part security tag system. Part of the tag has the child's name and security code. The other part matches the child's part of the tag and is given to the parents. Parents must present the matching security tag when picking up their child — no exceptions. After your child has enrolled in iKIDS, parents will sign into our computer system and receive a

computer security tag.

Good Health

Children who show signs or symptoms of fever or any other contagious diseases will not be admitted into iKIDS in order to protect other children. Children must be fever free for 24 hours before being admitted.

Allergies

Parents are asked to disclose all allergies on their enrollment form, as well as filling out an allergy alert tag each time your child is brought to iKIDS. If your child carries an EpiPen, you are required to tell the teacher when and how to administer the medication. We only serve the following snacks: graham crackers and Ritz crackers. If a teacher brings in outside food for a small group lesson, they are required to list the food outside the door.

Enrollment

It is imperative that a guest registration form be filled out for each child visiting iKIDS. Our team will greet you at the iKids Welcome Desk and help you with the enrollment process. The welcome desk is located inside Door 13. One of our volunteers will assist you if needed.
