- Develop ministries for ages 55+ to Gather, Grow and Serve.
- Coordinate Hospital Visitation with Staff, Deacons, and Lay Leaders.
- Build ministry opportunities to engage, motivate and release an army of lay leaders in their most productive season of life.
- Find opportunities to engage with stage of life issues - such as finances, retirement planning, healthcare, changing family dynamics and legacy giving.
