Immanuel Baptist Church uses photographs, videos, voice recordings, and other similar media of both minors and adults for a variety of purposes. These materials may appear in print, on our website (including photos and videos), in church communications and emails, and in presentations or gatherings involving both church members and non-members. In some cases, these materials may also be shared with or used by news media in connection with coverage or similar communications, with or without the permission of Immanuel Baptist Church.

Immanuel Baptist Church reserves the right to use any photograph, video, or recording taken during services held on church property or at events sponsored by Immanuel Baptist Church without the express written permission of individuals included in such media.

To protect the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written consent from the individual photographed or, in the case of minors, from a parent or legal guardian.

Any person attending Immanuel Baptist Church who does not wish to have their image or likeness recorded or distributed should notify a camera operator, event organizer, or contact Immanuel Baptist Church in writing. Requests should include a photograph for identification purposes. Any such photograph will be kept confidential and used only to honor the request.

By attending or participating in an Immanuel Baptist Church service or event—or by failing to notify Immanuel Baptist Church in writing of a desire not to have photographs or recordings used—you agree to release Immanuel Baptist Church, including its directors, members, and staff, from any and all claims related to the use, adaptation, reproduction, distribution, broadcast, or display of such media. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or copyright infringement.

Any individual or organization not affiliated with Immanuel Baptist Church may not use, copy, alter, or distribute Immanuel Baptist Church photographs, graphics, videos, or similar media without prior written permission from an authorized representative of Immanuel Baptist Church.
