- Disciple and mentor college students
- Plan groups and events for college and young adults
- Point of contact to connect new college and young adult females
- Organize the college and young adults team in their weekly tasks, lead the college residents, assist Kevin Spratt, manage/update the college and young adults calendar
- Communicate events to both ministries via different outlets (texts, emails, etc.)
