TORNADO RESPONSE

SOMERSET | LONDON

Please continue to pray for the many friends and families affected by recent storms in London, Somerset and other parts of Southeastern Kentucky. We are working with our local and state partners to determine needs and how we can respond as a church family.


If you want to give immediately to the disaster relief, you can visit Kentucky Baptist Convention Relief and make a donation.

Pray

  • Ask God to comfort those grieving the loss of loved ones.
  • Pray for those who have lost homes, jobs, or belongings to have every need met.
  • Ask God to mobilize local churches, relief teams, and neighbors to be generous and effective in helping.
  • Lift up displaced families—that they would find shelter, food, and safety.
  • Pray for wisdom and resources for rebuilding homes, infrastructure, and support systems.
  • Lift up the community to stay united and encouraged through the rebuilding season.
