MEET OUT TRAINERS

Chase has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky. He started personal and group training a year and a half ago. Chase specializes in athletic performance (speed, plyometrics, agility) as well as strength and resistance training. His background is primarily with young athletes, but he is excited to work with people of all ages and backgrounds!

BOOK WITH CHASE

Joshua has been a personal trainer for over 3 years. He develops his training styles to best suit the client's needs. Typically, he combines strength training, low impact cardio, and physical therapy exercises for a great workout. He wants to help guide his clients in their personal health journey through developing drive and consistency.

Who knew after becoming a Certified Personal Trainer in 2022, I would find the best job ever! I’ve trained a variety of clients, from a variety of ages. Every client is unique, and each training session is personal and specifically tailored to meet their needs.

Helping clients build strength, move better, and feel confident in their bodies, without pain or burnout is my goal as a trainer.

Focusing on the major muscle groups, I continue to help my clients strengthen muscles, while enhancing their endurance. Teaching balance to my senior clients is a plus for their overall independence.
