Chase has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky. He started personal and group training a year and a half ago. Chase specializes in athletic performance (speed, plyometrics, agility) as well as strength and resistance training. His background is primarily with young athletes, but he is excited to work with people of all ages and backgrounds!
