CASEY


Being a former athlete, Casey was attracted to the fitness industry. She began her personal training career in 2015 and has worked at the ROC ever since. Within that time she added Group Fitness Instructor to her resume, teaching a variety of strength-based and high intensity classes. She's worked with clients ages 12-95, male and female, including middle schoolers, college athletes, and military. Her training philosophy is consistency over intensity and moving to maintain functionality and longevity. Casey adapts to the goals of each client and helps them enjoy the process. She offers 1 hour or 30 minute personal training sessions, fitness center orientations, and 30 minute stretching sessions.

As a corrective exercise specialist and personal trainer, I am dedicated to employing the latest scientifically-proven methods in my training approach. I firmly believe that embracing a healthy lifestyle goes beyond mere weightlifting. It encompasses addressing muscle imbalances, implementing proper warm-up routines, maintaining a nutritious diet, finding joy in your favorite activities, and ensuring adequate rest and sleep. 

Witnessing individuals discover the full potential of their bodies through hard work is incredibly fulfilling for me. My objective is to guide you toward a happy and well-balanced lifestyle, ultimately minimizing the risk of future health-related issues. 

Recognizing the importance of staying active, I find enjoyment in activities like hiking and spending time outdoors when not engaged in training sessions or workouts at the gym.

STEPHANIE


Former dancer and cheerleader with a coaching and teaching background, Stephanie has been a group fitness instructor since 1996. She joined the ROC in 2019 and enjoys helping clients strive toward their goals with a variety of exercises geared to their interests, abilities, and needs. Stephanie offers 1 hour and 30 minute personal training sessions, as well as fitness center orientations.

Joshua has been a personal trainer for over 3 years. He develops his training styles to best suit the client's needs. Typically, he combines strength training, low impact cardio, and physical therapy exercises for a great workout. He wants to help guide his clients in their personal health journey through developing drive and consistency.

Cathy has taught a wide range of fitness classes for the past 13 years. She received training through various mentors and personal trainers in the fitness community, has attended online seminars and classes, and has been licensed to teach a variety of classes. As a personal fitness coach, she works 1 on 1 with women who are considered active older adults. "I too am learning to navigate the challenges that come with aging and feel I can support other women as we work through these challenges together."
