Lord, today is a day we feel in our bones. We ask right now that You give us a fresh view of each verse, of every moment, and of each piece of the story. Allow us to feel the pain in order to fully embrace the joy in the days to come. We love You, Lord. Amen 

Crowds chose.

Barabbas freed.

Pilate delivered.

Crucify Jesus!

Falsely accused.

Sentenced to death.

Stakes through the hands.

Crown of thorns.

Stakes through the feet.

Soldiers gambled.

Jesus hung.

Salvation offered.

Criminal accepted.

Mouth was dry.

Vinegar was offered.

Mary grieved.

Pain grew.

Breaths grew shallow.

People mocked.

He remained.

Veils tore.

Ground shook.

Last breath.
