WHAT WE DO IN THIS CLASS:

Barre is a fun and dynamic 60 minute full body workout that fuses Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training. This workout will help sculpt and tone your body as well as improve your flexibility, balance, stability, and strength. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.

  • GRIP/BARRE SOCKS or FLEXIBLE SHOES
  • WATER BOTTLE
  • TOWEL
